I am a very private person, will my sessions with a Professional Organizer be confidential?

As NAPO professional organizers, we are aware of the high level of trust placed in us by our clients. We will not do or say anything to breach that trust. Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality are guiding principles of NAPO and the Organized Happy Helper. During your free assessment, you will sign a “Confidential Agreement” so everything we see, do, and touch is kept confidential. You can trust them and they can trust you!

Why would I want to hire a NAPO Organizer versus a Non-NAPO Organizer?

The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) is recognized as the association for organizers. NAPO offers organizers opportunities to sharpen their skills through ongoing education and professional development. NAPO has a Code of Ethics by which members are expected to abide. A professional organizer who is a NAPO member has made a commitment to his/her business and thus to you, the client.

I'm too embarrassed to have anyone in my home, can you help me?

We can help you! Sometimes it can seem overwhelming to get our homes in order, but we’re here to help. There’s no need to be embarrassed. Many of us were not born with the skills to naturally organize our homes, and no matter who we are, we all need to be taught how to keep our homes neat and clean. We promise not to make you cry like on HGTV and never throw anything away without your permission. You will be persuaded to start to let go and asked questions, such as, “Why are you keeping this item?”

Estate Planning for Loved Ones

We can assist you in managing a loved one’s estate. Do you need help packing or just putting the items in the basement until you are ready to donate or sell? Will you need a garage sale at some point? This is a hard time for the family and sometimes another person can be a big help. The client is emotional over the items but an organizer can be objective and help you decide where it should go. Being organized is a must, saving you time and money when managing an estate.
